About Lana

I completed my Bachelors in Human Kinetics while playing a varsity sport. After graduation, I wanted to do two things.

1. Travel

2. Keep playing

I moved across the globe and continued to play for two years before coming home.

It was time to get to work!

My rehab and training model is to create balance. Addressing any functional, anatomical or strength imbalances and work with you to correct them and teach you to understand why these imbalances occur. Teaching you the know-how will allow you to move forward and create better habits. 

Your body has the ability to heal itself with the help of the therapist so you can achieve functional movement in your daily life.
